Moving birth preparation

I offer pregnancy yoga in Zurich Albisrieden. For me, yoga during pregnancy is part of birth preparation. The courses are suitable for pregnant women in all trimesters up to the expected date of birth.

Pregnancy yoga is great for feeling your body, coordinating your breathing and movements, getting and staying mentally calm – these are helpful aspects for the birth.

I also combine elements of Pilates and gymnastics with pregnancy yoga. The first 15 minutes are always spent discussing the topics of birth preparation, hypnobirthing, pregnancy and postpartum. You can continue to exchange information in WhatsappChat at any time.

Benefits of pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga is worthwhile for the psyche and your well-being.

  • Preventing complaints
    Yoga during pregnancy helps to prevent or even treat complaints through the triad of mobilization, stretching and strengthening.
  • Benefit from the knowledge of a midwife
    As a midwife, I regularly incorporate information on birth, the pelvic floor and perineal preparation into the lessons.

  • Exchange among pregnant women
    We devote at least 60 minutes to concentrated yoga. However, 15 minutes is planned for exchange, because building a new network is just as important.

Anyone who books a subscription has access to the yoga module in my app “Giving birth together” for the duration of the subscription.


  • Small subscription: 4 x 75 min., CHF 120, including yoga module in the app
  • Large subscription: 10 x 75 min., CHF 240*, including yoga module in the app

  • Individual lesson: 1 x 75 min., CHF 35

*Hours not taken can be charged with regression!
